Betta is a carnivorous fish that requires a high-protein diet to live. They prefer to eat animal protein and a plant-based diet. They prefer to eat live food and frozen food which include mosquito, brine shrimp, daphnia, and bloodworms. crowntail betta can enjoy high protein dried and frozen foods. Their favorite foods are brine shrimp when they are young and finger food which is bloodworms.
Feed them live food, pellets, frozen and dried food. Feed them a moderate amount of food. They are fussy eaters. Frozen food such as blood and black worms, mosquito larvae, and brine shrimp; live food such as insect and mosquito larvae and white worms is an ideal food. As a treat or reward offer them a pellet. Each serving offers 2-3 pellets.
Common betta food:
