Betta foerschi was first found by the vierke in 1979. They belong to the osphronemidae family and come to the betta gene. They are known from the central and west Borneo island, Indonesia. This species is classified by the IUCN list.
Betta foerschi is a tropical freshwater fish and is a member of the order Anseriformes and belongs to the gourami family. Originating from the tropical freshwater of south Asia, in the early days they bred for fighting after the 20th century they came with an aqua trend.
