Behaviour

harmonizing with betta pallfina behavior

Betta pallfina is a clearwater fish. The betta pallifina originated from Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, and Malaysia. Wild bettas prefer to live in freshwater which is slow-moving and covered with caves and hidden places.

Maintaining water parameters is required the temperature range is 25-26 °C (77-79 °F) with the PH ranging between 6.6 – 7.4. the hardness of the water is between 0-90 ppm.

When the temperature becomes colder they become lethargic, become infected, stop eating, and may feel ill. Betta prefers a warm environment so use a heater. Wild betta diet mainly consists of larvae, plankton, and crustaceans. Betta is extremely low in oxygen, so they can breathe on the water's surface.

This ability to develop hatching relies on grills, when they become adult they directly capture the oxygen from the air just like a human using their labyrinth organ.

Water pollution and natural habitat destroy are a threat to the wild bettas. Habitat loss is the process that means natural habitat can not support the native species the place is polluted and affected by pollution as a result it can not provide the proper environment to live healthy species.
