Bettas originated from Thailand, Malaysia, and Vietnam. Wild bettas prefer to live in freshwater which is surrounded by rice paddies, marshes, and slow-moving streams or stagnant ponds.

The betta is a merger of marble and copper betta; so they acquire all the basic characteristics of these bettas; the copper marble betta is highly adapting to environmental changes. betta can tolerate harsh water or toxic environments; this is a fair point to increase their popularity as pets.

The two biggest threats to the wild bettas are loss of natural habitat and water pollution. Habitat loss is the process that means natural habitat can not support the native species the place is polluted and affected by pollution as a result it can not provide the proper environment to live healthy species. A betta also can eat his young fry.

The copper marble betta has an elegant and stunning appearance which complements their behavior. They are some specific aspects regarding behavior:

Nature: they are extremely curious and observe their surroundings. Their nature can be quite entertaining to betta lovers when they are kept in the tank. They also have extraordinary dancing skills.

Territorial behavior: like other betta species feather tail betta is aggressive when matter comes to their territory. The male flares his fin and gill to assert dominance, which looks beautiful as well as dangerous. Females are less aggressive than males.

Interaction with caretaker: betta can recognize the caretaker if they spent some time with it. If they get to know you, when betta see you they come towards you and observe your nearby things and your action.

Compatible behavior: betta are aggressive so they almost live individually, but if you put them with others make sure that they get along with peaceful species. They can not get along with the species which resemble the same look.
