Putting some toys in a fish tank is a good option to entertain a fish. There are certain toys you can play with betta. You can add floating objects to a giant betta tank. A male betta sometimes builds a bubble nest upon floating plants. Floating objects increase the curiosity of betta. Even males use floating objects to get a response from the female while courting.

Some betta attract to the moving toy. They try to catch the toy. Because they resemble insects. And we all know Betta loves to eat. They may try to hunt the object. Ornaments attract the bettas. Choose one of the ornaments and move around the betta, bettas also follow the direction you are given through ornaments. Bettas can play with an artificial flower and leaf which attract them; and the betta they swim toward thinking of as food. It also swims around the flower when they are bored.

If you put the mirror in front of the fish tank it provokes them because the Mirror reflects itself; placing the mirror near the tank increases the aggression of the fish, as they try to catch their own shadow. But maybe sometimes their reflection can cause stress and provoke them. A betta can catch the ball when you throw it.

As an excellent jumper; Betta likes to play with a ball, using ping pong balls bettas can catch the ball. If the trainer throws the ball, betta try to catch the ball. But be careful they do not jump outside the tank.

Whenever you provide the toys to betta remember that they are hygienic and clean; because betta may catch an infection through toys and they lead to serious disease, so be careful.

Anything you put in a fish tank all the items are sanitized. Before putting them into the tank wash the all things in hot water and sanitizer. Because if the toys are infected with the bacteria they invite diseases to the betta. A disease can be life-threatening.
