Double-tail bettas are carnivorous and like to eat mosquito larvae, shrimp, and bloodworms. So, we can also offer them floating pellet food as their diet. You can also serve them frozen food and freeze-dried food, also add some meaty food for proper nutrition value and a balanced diet.

They inhale oxygen from the air because of the special organ which is the labyrinth organ. They act like human lungs, allowing them to survive polluted water.

A double-tail betta has a short life; they short life about 2-5 years. They have a shorter life span than other bettas, but with proper care and maintenance, with the proper care they up to 5 years.
