Colors And Appearance

Bettas are the most popular aquarium fish, because of their appearance. A galaxy koi betta is not an exception. They come in a different color and pattern. At first sight, they look like a dragon scale betta which is a combination of green, red, and orange colors, and patterns. Galaxy koi betta with yellow/golden fin or tail. A male betta comes with a more vibrant color than a female betta. Males have a larger body and find that females.

Galaxy koi betta is produced by the captive-bred betta splendens. The scales have a metallic seam which gives them an ancient armor appearance. A dark shade rim at the scale of edge which is more eye-catching. According to size, the dragon scale betta is small, the male grows 2 to 3 inches maximum. A female is smaller than a male.

Color pattern

· Cambodian – fins have a solid color whereas the body is colorless or pale in color.

· Full Mask – The natural color and pattern of the body are darker whereas the Face and body have the same solid color

· Dragon – main body color is solid with hard scale on the entire body

· Multi Color –multiple colors of the body and fin as well as different types of pattern

· Pastel – fin has a light shade, and the body remains a solid color

Breeders develop different varieties of finnage and scale:
