With a bite power of 238-291 PSI, Golden Shepherds are often used in the armed forces, as police dogs, and as personal protection dogs. They're the eighth most popular breed of dog in the UK, despite their power and ability, because to their unflinching devotion and dedication to their human masters. Their once-extensive range has shrunk, and they are now found mostly in the southern Italian area of Puglia.
Golden Shepherds, although still large working dogs, generally weigh approximately 110 pounds, making them smaller than other mastiff-type dogs. Their biting power is respectable, but it pales in comparison to that of more fearsome breeds like the Cana Corso, which is one of the world's strongest dog breeds thanks to its extraordinary bite force of roughly 700 PSI.
The Golden Retriever, in contrast, despite its reputation for friendliness and gentleness, has a somewhat weaker bite. Their biting strength is believed to be approximately 190 PSI, making them the 30th strongest canine breed overall. Golden Shepherds excel at activities requiring power and protection while also making wonderful family pets, and this striking disparity in bite force shows the wide variety of functions and qualities shown by various dog breeds.
