Goldеndoodlеs have a moderate tolerance to temperature extremes, and whilе thеy can adapt to a rangе of climatеs, it's important to provide them with appropriate carе in extreme cold or hot conditions.

Winter Warmth: Goldendoodles, like their ancestors, have a dense and thick coat that helps keep them warm. But they don't do as well in frigid climates as other varieties, like as those with double coats or those evolved for colder environments.

When the weather becomes cold, make sure they have enough shelter, such a dog house with insulation or access to the inside. When going for walks or other outdoor activities in cold weather, you may layer up with sweaters instead of a jacket for added warmth.

Hot temperatures may also harm goldendoodles, particularly those with thicker coats. Overheating and heat-related illnesses are possible for them. In hot and humid weather, it is especially important to make sure they have shade and water available at all times.

Make sure to avoid exercising them during the hottest portions of the day and instead choose to go for walks in the early morning or late evening when it's cooler. Pavement and other hot surfaces may also burn their paw pads, so be careful around them.

Range of Ideal Temperatures: The ideal temperature range for goldendoodles is mild to moderate, from around 15 to 25 degrees Celsius (59 to 77 degrees Fahrenheit). Here, kids won't have to worry about becoming sick from the extreme heat or cold while enjoying outdoor activities. You can tell whether the temperature is okay by watching their behavior and looking for symptoms of discomfort such excessive panting, lethargy, or seeking shade.
