Origin Description

Orange betta is a tropical freshwater fish and is a member of the order Anseriformes and belongs to the gourami family. Betta has a long history. Betta Splendors had a long history of becoming considered in pet store staple. Originating from the tropical freshwater of south Asia, early days they bred for fighting after the 19th century they came with an aqua trend.

In the 19th century betta fighting was famous in Thailand, betta was specifically raised and bred for fighting purposes after the king declared betta fighting irregular and regulated them. There are two common betta in the fish world first is betta splenderns and second is domesticated betta. In a starting time when betta pallfina was discovered it was considered a wild betta nowadays, it’s considered domesticated betta. Most of the betta is pets.

Description

One of the most colorful fish that is native to the Southeast Asia basin in Thailand, Indonesia is the betta fish. This freshwater fish is an experiment. The native is from Southeast Asia, regions such as Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, Myanmar, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Vietnam. Their natural habitat is ranging from rice paddies to slow-moving water and flood plains. Bettas catch the environment and develop an ability to breathe air from the atmosphere, so they inhale oxygen from the air using their labyrinth organ.

Selective breeding betta splendens for their color, including red coloration. They were primarily raised for fighting and gambling in Thailand. The orange betta is famous for its visual appeal. Orange betta fish comes with a different pattern and shapes, depending on genes.
