Pumice have a dense, curly coat that provides instant and helps work their body temperature. This coat helps protect them from both cold and hot conditions. In colder temperatures, their duplicate coat provides instant and keeps them warm

However, it's important to note that despite their coat, they are still susceptible to extreme cold, and precautions should be taken to ensure their comfort and safety. This can include providing them with warm shelter, limiting their exposure to cold for extended periods, and using appropriate dog clothing if needed.

In warmer temperatures, Pumis can tolerate moderately hot weather. However, they are not as well-suited to extreme heat or high humidity. It is crucial to provide them with shade, fresh water, and a cool resting area during hot weather to prevent overheating. Additionally, it's advisable to schedule their exercise and outdoor activities during cooler times of the day, such as early morning or evening, to avoid the peak heat.

While Pumice can adapt to a certain temperature range, it's important to monitor their well-being and make adjustments accordingly. Signs of discomfort in extreme temperatures can include excessive panting, lethargy, seeking shade, or excessive shivering.
