Rottskies have two thick fur layers that need careful and attentive grooming. It is very important to brush and comb their fur at least three times a week to keep it healthy. Even if you try hard, you will have to vacuum often to keep your furniture free of dog hair.

If your Rottsky has a coat that looks like a Rottweiler's, it will shed the most in the spring and fall. You will need to brush it every day during those times. Bathing your dog too often can dry out their skin, so it's best to space out the baths by a few weeks.

If your Rottsky has a coat like a Siberian Husky, it's important to make sure the bottom layer of hair is completely dry after your dog gets wet. This is to stop mold and mildew from growing.

It is suggested to brush their fur once a week to get rid of loose fur, dirt, and tangles. Use a brush with smooth bristles or pins to carefully comb through their fur, starting at the head and moving towards the body.

You don't have to bathe your dog often, but every three to four months or as needed, use a mild shampoo and conditioner for dogs to avoid dry skin and coat.

Cut your Rottsky's nails every few weeks to stop them from growing too much and causing possible pain. Use a special tool to cut your dog's nails, being careful not to hurt the pink part of the nail where there are blood vessels.

Taking care of your Rottsky's ears is very important. To keep your ears clean and avoid wax buildup and infections, gently wipe them with a wet cotton ball or a soft cloth once a week.

Don't put anything in their ear. Lastly, it is very important to brush your Rottsky's teeth at least two times per week to prevent dental problems such as tartar buildup and gum disease.

Use a special toothbrush and toothpaste made for dogs to keep their teeth and gums clean. It's important to regularly take care of your Rottsky's grooming and cleanliness to keep them healthy and comfortable.
