Internal or external parasites, such as fleas, ticks, or worms, can make cats feel unwell and fatigued. Common signs may include scratching, hair loss, vomiting, diarrhea, or a swollen belly.

Anemia occurs when there is a decrease in the number of red blood cells or hemoglobin in the cat's body. It can result from various causes, including underlying diseases, parasites, or nutritional deficiencies. Symptoms may include pale gums, weakness, decreased appetite, and lethargy.
