The Whoodle is a mix between the Soft-Coated Wheaten Terrier and the Poodle; other names for this hybrid dog breed are Sweatenpoo and Wheatendoodle. The goal of creating the Whoodle, like with many other designer dog breeds, was to bring together the best qualities of both parent species.

Due to the comparatively advanced rise in popularity of architect dog breeds, the Whoodle's captain origins proceed unknown.
