As an aquarium fish or pet, you have to teach them a few tips and tricks to entertain. Betta is difficult to train, some breeder says that it is difficult to train betta. Betta changes completely when they step into the aqua world. Betta fish is difficult to train. But they are super intelligent but you need little patience for them. You can teach them to do various things such as response through action such as following the movement.

The first step is to know your betta; if you spend some time with your betta, she easily recognizes you and creates a bond with you. She closely monitors your movement. When she sees you she sees you she swims towards you.

Now next thing is catching the bettas' attention. You can catch attention via light, sounds, etc. Here I will share a few tricks to catch better attention.

The predators of the crowntail bettas are fish, cats, salamanders, birds, and newts. The human also reduce their population by capturing them in aquariums and houses for fun. They also fight and gamble with other bettas, they injure the betta and may end up killing. Even during fertilization, male eats their eggs.

Sound and vibration: fish have lateral line organs, they react when sound and vibration. At a major aqua, fish hear their trainer walking out on catwalks and platforms indicating that food is on the way. You can do this using a bell, call, clap, or footstep. The biggest components of training are patience and consistency. Use the same signal every time.

Light/shapes: switching light is the most common signal for indoor tanks. Fish can see color, but shapes and different colors will be easy to recognize.

Now teach them to follow the directions. The simple way is to teach your betta to follow your finger. For that, put your finger in an aquarium glass or soak your fingertip in a tank. Now try to grab the attention via sound and light. May betta notice your finger or simply ignore it. If Betta notices your finger move your finger and encourage Betta to follow your command. Each following rewards them.

During the flaring, they look twice in their size. Flaring provides prevention from boredom is considered as an exercise and promotes a bubble nest. Put a small mirror and pen in the tank. Use the same pen throughout the training session. Once betta flares, place the pen next to a mirror.

Another important trick is to pass the hoop, this is a hard trick to teach. Use a pipe and band it with a circular motion. Make sure that whatever you use is safe and clean. Move your finger across the front and it will move through the hoop simply following your finger. When Betta successfully passes in the hoop reward them with food.

Betta is a natural jumper. To train your betta for jumping. Take one stick and any dried frozen food. Hook the food in the stick. Place the stick above the fish tank. Now try to catch the attention of the betta. If the betta notices the stick move the stick up, for food betta jumps into the water. If they successfully jump reward them with food. This trick performs when you need a lid if they jump.

Start with an underwater stick, when betta notice it comes to you. move the feeding stick up and down. Move the stick slightly above the water surface. Train them to identify feeding sticks. When betta jumps, reward them with food. Make sure that Betta does not jump out of the tank. Buy a lid for the safety of the bettas.

A trainer knows how to train betta, your fish by using food as encouragement. With practice, your fish learn to follow the finger. Pellets work like chips for the betta, use pellets instead of regular food, a betta will attract and come toward you.

With a little bit of practice, you betta figure out what you ask. A betta can play with the ball. If you throw the ball in the direction of Betta, she will try to catch them via jump. Conduct one session per day. Give them sufficient time to relax. Do not force them to play. Provide sufficient rest for the health of the betta.

There are things you follow, such as starting with one training session per day which is 5- 10 minutes, after that, you can give 2-3 sessions per day. Make sure they give proper rest. Whatever you put in a fish tank such as a stick is properly clean. Wash your hands before training. Do not use soap or other dispensers; because they have harmful chemicals.

There are a lot of rules and restrictions, and sometimes it's even illegal to give hard training to pets when you try to train them. Because of their size, speed, and surprising behavior, betta can easily adapt the things.
